Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for management support services delivered to the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with federal program staff and oversee contract execution to ensure compliance and quality
• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and monitor risks to ensure program support
• Manage and supervise multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, public health, social sciences, or a related field
• Significant experience managing federal programs or contracts, preferably in a civilian agency environment
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex workstreams
• Strong understanding of federal contracting, program management, and performance oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
