Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex programs across multiple IT and business departments, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budgets
• Create program-level plans to manage cross-functional teams, project dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and monitor project financials while resolving conflicts and resource constraints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, project management, or a related field
• 7 years of direct project management experience from initiation through execution and delivery
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with hospitality and knowledge of project management tools, preferably Smartsheet
• Agile delivery/project management experience on IT projects is a plus
