Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract) to drive the successful adoption of large-scale programs and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex change management initiatives across multiple teams
• Present proposals and findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Analyze adoption signals and assess organizational readiness for change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, communications, or a related field
• PROSCI and PMP certifications strongly preferred
• 4+ years of change management expertise leading complex organizational transitions
• 4+ years of program management experience driving cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working in global organizations with diverse employee and vendor populations
