Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Support Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex programs by collaborating with leadership and stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive program strategies, roadmaps, and plans, defining KPIs and reporting on results
• Identify and tackle operational problems through scalable processes, tools, and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in enablement or strategy program management, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Demonstrated success in launching transformational enablement initiatives that enhance customer experience
• Strong program management skills with the ability to derive insights from data
• Experience in influencing and leading cross-functional stakeholders and executives
• Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products is preferred
