Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to serve as the strategy engine for a critical domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion PMO maturation and provide coaching and organizational change management
• Manage project charters, scope, stakeholder analysis, risk identification, and team mobilization
• Oversee program alignment with OKRs, business case creation, and resource capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in program management with a track record of managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in cross-functional delivery across product, operations, finance, and marketing
• Strong understanding of supply chain and CRM processes and technologies
• Proficiency in navigating and adapting PPM tools like Jira, Asana, and MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, computer science, or a related quantitative field
