Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of training content
• Manage project intake by reviewing requests and assigning tasks to team members
• Conduct performance analysis and lead team meetings to ensure alignment and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of large-scale project/program management experience
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proficiency with project management software and design tools
• Proven ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
