Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee project performance reporting to USDA for a grant supporting Hawaii-grown agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely project performance reporting to USDA following federal guidelines
- Track activities of subawardees, vendors, and agricultural producers to ensure compliance with federal eligibility requirements
- Manage sensitive data responsibly and ensure privacy and security in handling information
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, agricultural sciences, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience
- Professional experience with federal regulations and large grant project management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Ability to coordinate and manage complex workflows under time constraints
- Good place-based knowledge of Hawaii communities and agriculture
