Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee project performance reporting to USDA for a grant supporting Hawaii-grown agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely project performance reporting to USDA following federal guidelines
• Track activities of subawardees, vendors, and agricultural producers to ensure compliance with federal eligibility requirements
• Manage sensitive data responsibly and ensure privacy and security in handling information

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, agricultural sciences, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience
• Professional experience with federal regulations and large grant project management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Ability to coordinate and manage complex workflows under time constraints
• Good place-based knowledge of Hawaii communities and agriculture
