Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Program Manager to lead customer implementation projects and ensure successful onboarding of its platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring smooth deployments
• Manage project planning and execution, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client outcomes and facilitate change management strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management, consulting, or implementation experience in SaaS or technology services
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing projects and deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is helpful but not required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
