Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide delivery leadership and coordination for a cross-functional team supporting a software platform for clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align work across multiple functional teams, including operations, software engineering, and data analytics
• Develop and maintain sprint plans and milestone roadmaps, ensuring delivery commitments are met
• Serve as the primary coordination point between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in IT project or program delivery roles
• Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional technical or operational teams
• Experience supporting clinical decision support, electronic health records (EHRs), or healthcare analytics platforms
• Agile or delivery certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM) are preferred
