Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LV Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation and execution of account-specific programs, ensuring targets for profitability, client satisfaction, and quality are met
• Builds and manages the Project Management team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring appropriate staffing and training
• Monitors process performance and proactively identifies risks, engaging cross-functionally to mitigate them

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Over five years of experience coordinating complex projects within the localization or translation industry
• Minimum six years of customer service/account management experience, with at least five years in the translation industry
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience for a minimum of four years
• Advanced computing skills, including experience with translation management tools and publishing applications
