Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager to work remotely in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft program leadership by taking ownership of operational and program coordination functions
• Drive process enhancement and change through data analysis and insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build efficient and scalable operations aligned with Microsoft's growth strategy

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations
• Eligibility to onboard as a Microsoft vendor in a Managed Service
• Experience in sales management and CRM systems
• Proactive approach with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines
• Data analysis skills, particularly in Excel; basic Power BI knowledge is a plus
