Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-faceted programs ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable business value
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, preparing and presenting monthly client reports on progress and performance
• Coordinate with facilities partners and service providers to ensure seamless program execution and maintain strong relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, with 1-3 years managing complex, multi-project programs
• Proficiency in program management software and enterprise project management platforms
• Strong knowledge of program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
