Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, program controls, and best practices
• Manage program budget and support project prioritization
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to track performance metrics and ensure value realization

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience in a shared service, CoE, or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
