Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Program Manager to oversee training programs and support program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, managing application setup and staff hiring
• Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring project timelines and execution are seamless
• Support the Senior Operations Team in strategic initiatives to enhance program impact and scalability

Required Qualifications:

• JLPT N2 certification or equivalent professional experience with mastery of Keigo
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• 3-5 years of program management experience, with at least 1 year in an educational or training institution
• Experience in leading and managing teams autonomously
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom
