Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide program management and strategic oversight for provider engagement, quality improvement, and risk adjustment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive provider performance and partnership across various initiatives
• Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, and best practices for respective programs
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies to support value-based care

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strong presentation and communication skills
