Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a federal health services program focused on workforce readiness and medical evaluation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface to Government Program Office and the Contracting Officer's Representative for all programmatic and operational matters
• Provide strategic leadership and management of nationwide contract operations supporting medical services, drug testing, and fitness testing programs
• Monitor operational performance metrics and ensure all contract deliverables are met in compliance with federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising and managing staff
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical services related program, drug testing, and fitness testing
• Knowledge of federal occupational health program requirements and drug testing regulations
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site healthcare operations
