Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management across multiple workstreams including portal migration, CRM implementation, and data capability development
• Establish governance models, facilitate executive meetings, and maintain program reporting
• Oversee agile product pods, manage financial tracking, and ensure compliance with governance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in program leadership or technical program management roles
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or fintech
• Technical literacy in cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and CRM implementations (Salesforce or equivalent)
• Proven ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and executive presence
