Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee a government program in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations to ensure successful delivery of contractual requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison with VA stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective relationship management
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 5+ years of program/project management experience on federal contracts
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong background in budget, schedule, and performance management
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
