Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and successful execution of complex IT programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and management for IT initiatives across the full program lifecycle
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control program activities to ensure schedule and performance objectives are met
• Serve as the primary liaison between government or client stakeholders and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline)
• At least 8 years of experience in IT program management, including managing large or complex IT initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing schedule, scope, and performance across multiple projects
• Experience working in a federal government or regulated IT environment (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)
