Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead project managers and support portfolio leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of project managers
Support portfolio leaders in the data, customer, and operations space
Participate in LEAN/KIP reviews and act as an escalation point

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in leading project teams
10 years of experience in project management and delivery
Experience managing budgets of 5-10 million dollars
Familiarity with ServiceNow Project Management tool is a plus
Experience in handling adversity effectively
