Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to facilitate the successful delivery of programs and manage cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project requirements
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders
• Prepare status reports and conduct post-project evaluations to ensure transparency and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing various types of projects/programs
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
