Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams
Establish effective program governance and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders
Manage scope, budget, risk, and dependencies while fostering collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or complex projects end-to-end
Experience operating in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
PMP or PgMP certification
