Key Responsibilities

• Execute project and program tasks, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate financial and billing processes, including invoicing support and budget tracking
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes across projects to ensure smooth execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of project or program management experience in engineering, construction, or fire protection
• Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional technical environments
• Familiarity with budgeting and change order management
