Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager 1 responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams, set goals, create plans, and allocate resources
• Track project budgets, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Assist in the development of project proposals and ensure compliance with safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (MS or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Experience in Military Ground/Flight Test Operations
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level 1 preferred
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required
