Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Tech 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer-facing initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Create and maintain program schedules, status reports, and functional specifications
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in project or program management
• At least 4 years of experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Proficiency in creating program reports and translating progress into leadership updates
• Experience with data analysis and dashboard tools, preferably Power BI
• Ability to support and coordinate customer-facing programs, including enablement and onboarding initiatives
