Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support a Department of Defense initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and manage a dispersed team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for U.S. government capacity building efforts
• Oversee the full program lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and contractual requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and collaborate with the Finance Team on cost management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or project/program management role with the Department of Defense (DoD)
• 5+ years of program management experience across all program lifecycle phases
• Proven experience in delivering federal services and managing contracts in complex DoD environments
• Experience with federal contracting processes, including FAR compliance and contract execution
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
