Key Responsibilities

• Drive program management activities within the Customer Success Unit to align with organizational goals
• Coordinate meetings, prepare communications, and manage feedback to support project delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies for successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of program management experience, preferably in the software industry or related fields
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ADO and SharePoint
• Strong collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and organizations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity effectively
