Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to join their remote Contact Center team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise objectives into program outcomes, KPIs, and benefits profiles while tracking progress
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs across projects, ensuring alignment with priorities
• Monitor performance against goals and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address dependencies and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Management, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 7-10+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs with demonstrated outcomes in benefits realization
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe/SPC) strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare and working across clinical/operational, IT, and product domains
• Proficiency with program tooling and ability to work independently in a remote environment
