Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for managing complex new product development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mid-to-large scale new product development programs
• Lead the Core Team in developing project charters, objectives, and schedules
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or a technical field; MS or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably in medical devices
• At least 3 years of experience managing large technical new product development programs
• Experience with FDA guidance, ISO 13485 regulations, and project management principles
• PMP certification preferred; up to 20% domestic travel required
