Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage production support programs across multiple applications and services
Oversee the incident management lifecycle and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues
Act as the primary point of contact for production support issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
