Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee project delivery and manage relationships with clients in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall program delivery, schedule, and performance while ensuring alignment with contract requirements
• Provide leadership to project teams, promoting collaboration and empowerment among team members
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while monitoring team goals and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience managing federal IT programs or contracts
• 5-8 years of Project or Program Management experience in the federal government
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting (FFP, T&M, CLINs, LOE)
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher clearance
