Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Customer Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full delivery lifecycle from signed SOW to project closeout, including project charter and success metrics
• Lead customer relationship management, including stakeholder mapping and executive updates
• Build and run the project management system, managing scope, budget, and delivery performance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program/project management experience with measurable outcomes
• 5+ years of customer-facing engagement experience, including executive communication
• Experience owning delivery from contract through execution and closeout
• Strong fundamentals in project planning, risk management, and budget management
• Demonstrated experience using AI and automation tools to increase efficiency
