Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager III to enhance program efficiency and oversee multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved service levels while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, resource management, and execution
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
• Proficient in utilizing corporate and industry-standard project management tools
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and meetings
