Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to manage a new program targeting job seekers in the Age of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee learner recruitment, including partnership development and the selection process
• Manage and support Employability Coaches and industry volunteers to provide tailored career coaching and support
• Coordinate program operations, data collection, and collaboration with various teams to ensure a seamless learner experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of operational or strategic experience, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting
• A minimum of 2 years of team management experience
• Experience with data analysis to inform operational decisions
• Proven relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Comfort with digital tools such as Teams, Slack, and Google Drive
