Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee client programs and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall program performance and manage client relationships in collaboration with the Account Director
• Direct day-to-day program operations, providing guidance and resolving complex issues
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance and addressing performance gaps through corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• 5-7 years of healthcare, reimbursement, or patient support program experience (Required)
• 2-3 years of program management or operations experience (Required)
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes (Required)
• Experience with CRM and case management systems (Preferred)
