Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead execution of a federal website maintenance and design support contract for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract startup, implementation planning, and ongoing execution
• Develop and maintain project-based work plans, schedules, and action trackers
• Coordinate and facilitate biweekly meetings, technical updates, and program review discussions with the Government

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, communications, information systems, business, project management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience managing federal contracts, digital programs, communications efforts, or web-support projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with federal program staff
• Strong experience with project plans, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and government-facing communication
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment
