Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program goals, success metrics, and ensure alignment with a cohesive strategy
• Partner with teams to drive alignment on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs
• Establish program governance and improve operating models for effective execution

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in program or project management within technical or product environments
• Proven experience in owning complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and within Agile teams
• Experience in establishing program governance and improving operating models
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure where none exists
