Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager: Level 3 to support a remote team in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track program goals, success metrics, and intended outcomes for alignment with overall strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership to prioritize initiatives and resolve misalignments
• Develop and oversee program governance and decision-making frameworks to ensure accountability and visibility

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs within technical or product environments
• Ability to align strategy, priorities, and execution across multiple teams with a focus on measurable results
• Experience operating effectively in ambiguous situations and establishing necessary structures
• Strong systems thinking skills, managing dependencies, and making tradeoffs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to proactively resolve risks and dependencies
