Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Vendor Implementations).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, and best practices for respective programs
• Track performance metrics and coordinate governance meetings to support decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
