Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create partnerships with Growth marketers, Brand marketers, and internal/external creative teams
- Drive the development and optimization of performance creative assets for campaigns and digital advertising
- Manage the creative development process and coordinate communication for performance marketing launches
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and organizational design
- Creative operations experience in prioritization and multi-tasking
- Experience in creative planning, production, and delivery across major creative channels
- Familiarity with large-scale integrated creative campaigns
