Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create partnerships with Growth marketers, Brand marketers, and internal/external creative teams
  • Drive the development and optimization of performance creative assets for campaigns and digital advertising
  • Manage the creative development process and coordinate communication for performance marketing launches
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and organizational design
  • Creative operations experience in prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Experience in creative planning, production, and delivery across major creative channels
  • Familiarity with large-scale integrated creative campaigns
