Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee medium to large programs and ensure successful delivery of defined outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships
• Manage program workstreams, including the identification and documentation of requirements
• Lead program teams and ensure compliance with governance practices and program management frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Conceptual understanding and practical expertise in project/program management software
• PMP Certification and Scrum Certification desired
