Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to drive the delivery of software and services to insurance customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and construct Work Breakdown Structures
• Report status of plans, track change controls, risks, and issues
• Maintain and monitor project plan execution while providing input on financial and resourcing aspects

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing multi-projects or workstreams with over 10,000 hours
• 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
• PMP certification preferred
