Job Summary

• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps and align milestones with evolving priorities
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Lead globally distributed teams and drive shared ownership and accountability across all program contributors

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven ownership of delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise technology or digital transformation programs
• Ability to influence senior executives and lead without direct authority
