Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee mid-to-large scale client projects with a focus on creative project management and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium-scale projects from strategy brief to asset delivery, ensuring smooth communication between teams
• Develop project scope, staffing plans, and estimates while managing multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborate with Creative and other departments to ensure quality and innovation throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in a creative services organization
• Experience managing marketing programs
• Understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
• Working knowledge of MS Office and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Workfront)
