Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support a creative project for approximately 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Centralize intake and triage of all creative requests
• Maintain master project tracking systems and proactively monitor project timelines to ensure a 95% on-time delivery goal
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• Highly organized and comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting enterprise-level clients, particularly in large online retail settings
• Proficient in Asana, PowerPoint, Excel, and Slack
• Production experience and knowledge
• Comfortable with cross-functional communications
