Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Market Research) to manage VoC/E programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VoC/E programs, including requirements gathering, documentation, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop timelines and manage the delivery process
• Provide a single point of contact for clients and inform stakeholders of progress and risks

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Market Research project management experience
• Experience working with a survey platform and managing delivery timelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Demonstrated success in deadline-driven environments
