Job Summary

A company is looking for a motivated Program Manager to join their Government Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle program management for diverse government projects, ensuring client satisfaction and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to implement products successfully
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile environment to optimize product delivery capabilities

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in Project or Program Management
• Strong knowledge of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector or Federal government standards
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization and influence various functional departments
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred
• US Citizenship is required to meet government contract requirements
