Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Implementation to manage customer implementations and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementations for assigned customers, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with program requirements
• Partner with product and engineering teams to gather requirements, write clear specifications, and guide issues through the development lifecycle
• Build relationships with agency staff and decision-makers, translating policy requirements into actionable workflows

Required Qualifications and Education

• Proven experience in program or project management with complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
• Technical fluency and experience with modern PM tools (Linear, Notion, Slack, AI platforms)
• Familiarity with federal funding and compliance requirements, especially in broadband or infrastructure programs
• Experience implementing technical solutions within government or related sectors
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree is a plus
