Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end experimentation program, guiding teams through the complete experiment lifecycle
• Maintain and optimize the experimentation pipeline to ensure efficient execution
• Coach product managers and engineers on experimentation best practices and manage the experimentation backlog

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with web-based experimentation and testing programs
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-focused data analysis and statistics
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a cross-functional technical program manager for web or online products
• Demonstrated experience managing experimentation pipelines from intake through analysis
• Proven track record of enabling teams through coaching and process improvement
