Program Manager

Job Summary

Program Manager, an experienced professional responsible for leading a remote, full-time team supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, managing federal contracts, and ensuring audit-ready Real Property data.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall program performance and act as the primary contact for USACE HNC
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of Real Property analysts and experts
• Develop task order execution plans and maintain the Quality Control Plan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing federal services contracts, preferably with the DoD
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across multiple task orders
• Familiarity with IDIQ/MATOC contract structures and task order management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
